Return and exchange terms
Exchange of Underwear and Socks
Unused underwear and socks may be exchanged provided that their packaging has not been opened.
If the product has been used or removed from its packaging and is found to be unsuitable, a replacement item will be provided at 50% of its original price.
Exchange of Outerwear
Outerwear may be exchanged provided that it is returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all packaging contents.
Exchange of Defective Products
Defective or damaged products will be automatically replaced. The defective item must be returned.
Exchange of Incorrect Products
If the customer receives an item that does not match the original order, it will be replaced with the correct item.
Exchange Notification Period
